Back Cottage: Weekly Rate $1,600.00(off-season $1,400.00)

Weekly check in time (Saturday afternoon (2:00 pm) through Saturday morning (10:00 am)
- Daily Rate (available in off season only*) = Front: $250.00/night Back: $350.00/night
(check-in at 2:00pm and check-out at 10:00 am - minimum 2 nights)
- Pontoon Sun Cruiser 20', 70 hp (max: 10 passenger) $175/day +fuel /oil
- Pontoon Smoker Craft 20', 40 hp (fishing max: 6 passenger) 175.00/day +fuel /oil
- John Boat 10', 9.9 hp (max: 3 passenger) $50.00/day +fuel /oil
- Canoe Rental -or- Paddle Boat -or- Water Trampoline -or- 6-person floaty = $75/ week each
- Canoe Rental / Paddle Boat / Water Trampoline / 6-person floaty = $250/ week

Policies
- All linens are included - renters responsible for wash/dry/fold before departure
- DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND OR IN THE WATER
- Smoke-free buildings - please use caution when smoking - extinguish in ashtrays ONLY
- Extinguish all fires before leaving bonfire area (The pine needles are dry and very flammable)
- Laundry shared between the two cottages
- Please be courteous of other renters
- Fill hot tub if water seems low
- Replace hot tub lid to keep in heat
- Do not leave laundry sitting in machines
- Please keep trash out of the river and in the proper waste cans
- Dumpster available at Duck Cove Cottages
- Parking available at Duck Cove Cottages
- Docking available at Duck Cove Cottages
- Please bring your garbage to the dumpster when you leave
- Only Toilet Paper and Human Waste in toilets (These are not city sewers)
- Life jackets are provided- USE THEM!
